Bring the award-winning flavors of Salsa Leedos to your next event. Since 2001, we've specialized in full-service catering that turns gatherings into fiestas. From professional office luncheons to large family parties, we handle the setup and service so you can enjoy the moment. We offer a variety of authentic dishes, including comprehensive gluten-free options to accommodate all your guests.
Catering Service Options
Drop Off Service – 10% of total order
Staff will come deliver your food. We bring a disposable linen and will set it up nicely for you. Foam plates, disposable serving utensils and plastic silverware will also be provided. Food is provided in aluminum disposable pans and will remain warm for about 30-45 minutes. Staff will set it up and be out of your way in about 5-10 minutes.
Disposable Full Service – 15% of total order
Staff will come deliver your food. We bring a disposable linen and will set it up nicely for you. Foam plates, disposable serving utensils and plastic silverware will also be provided. Wire chaffing dishes and sternos keep your food hot for up to 2 hours (if you need extra, please just let us know). All pans are disposable as well. Staff will set it up and be out of your way in about 10-15 minutes. You will be responsible for cleanup.
Staffed Full Service – 20% of total order
Staff will come deliver your food. Tables are not provided but can be rented at an additional fee if needed. Black cloth linens are provided for the serving table. Metal chaffing dishes and sternos keep your food hot throughout the duration of your event. Staff will set everything up nicely and remain on site to clean up and replace food as necessary. Foam plates, metal serving utensils and plastic silverware are provided. We will clean up and pack up everything and leave your place the way it was upon arrival.
